🎟️ Payment Policy

All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay / HDFC Bank Payment Gateway. We do not store credit card, debit card, or net-banking details on our servers. Users will receive a digital receipt and confirmation by email after successful payment.

🎟️ Refund Policy

Tickets once purchased are non-refundable, except in case of event cancellation or postponement by the organizer. In such cases, the full ticket amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

  • No-shows or late arrivals
  • Artist lineup or venue changes (within the same city)
  • Natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure
  • Tickets resold or transferred without our approval

📩 How to Request a Refund

Please email us at support@benaresreggaeculture.in with your booking ID and payment reference. Refunds will not be entertained for no-shows or change of plans.

Include the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Order ID
  • Event Name
  • Reason for Refund

All refunds and disputes are governed by Indian law under the jurisdiction of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
